Just wanted to update you on the progress I am making. Here is the complete update from Day 1 of launching my web design business.

Official Business Launch: January 12, 2016 at 10:09 a.m.

Summary: As I mentioned in last night's update. I launched 5 different marketing campaigns. Marketing is a numbers game, so I will be testing as many different marketing/advertising channels as possible. Here is what I am testing so far… Google Adwords, Craigslist, Periscope, Thumbtack, and Bing Ads.

I already have 3 leads from Day 1. One of these, I have already pre-qualified. I will be sending her a proposal today/tomorrow.

As you may know, I am a big stats guy so here are the numbers so far.

Key Performance Metrics (KPM) through Jan 12, 2016 (1 day total)

Visitors - 3
Leads - 3
Sales - 0
Customers - 0
Expenses - $25.74
Profit - $0

Time Spent - 3:35
