Ajay, What is your profit margin?

Ajay,

I get it.

Analyzing expenses and reviewing profit and loss statements are a drag. They are not nearly as much fun as designing a cool new website. But, if you focus on just a few of the financial details, you can still have fun building websites AND make a lot more money in the process.

One of the most important parts of running a successful web design business is maintaining a high profit margin. If your profit margin is 30%, you will have the cash you need to grow your business. Anything less and you may find yourself on the proverbial "treadmill."

Running like crazy, but not going anywhere.

Let's use a $3,000 website project as an example. That $3,000 has to cover:

- Advertising/Marketing
- Sales
- Web Design/Development
- Project Management
- Admin
- Overhead

Once you have paid all those expenses, including paying yourself for your time, you should have $900 in profit left over. That $900 is critical to the success of your business. It is the "fuel" your business needs to grow. It gives you the cash you need for Advertising, Marketing and Sales so you can land your next client.

Ajay, "They hired me! Woohoo!"

Ajay,

I just got this message from one of my coaching students and have to share it with you:

"Just wanted to give you an update on the meeting I had yesterday with the presentation design project client. They hired me! Woohoo!

I have to say, the lead system Conrad created works. I am not a salesman by any means, or a very good negotiator lol.

But, of the 4 projects I responded to, 3 of the clients responded wanting to talk and 1 hired me. And all I did was respond quickly with the template provided (copy and paste, changed name).

Great stuff, it's a great system!"

Ajay, 102 leads and 10 projects in 63 days

Ajay,

Let me ask you two simple questions.

1. How many leads did your business generate in the last 63 days?

2. If you could have generated 102 leads which turned into 10 sales, would that have made a big impact on your business?

Click the link below to find out the details of how you can create your own avalanche of high quality leads:

Never Give Up, Ajay

Ajay,

How many times should you follow-up with a prospect?

2?

4?

7?

Studies say you should follow-up at least 7 times. That may seem like a lot but let's face the facts. We are all very busy and very distracted. You can't assume that your prospects are reading every email and sitting by the phone waiting to take your call.

You have to be consistent AND persistent in your follow-up process.

For example. The most recent project I closed took 54 days from the initial contact. Looking back at my notes and email archives, I contacted this prospect 26 times. The contacts were a combination of emails and phone calls.

Most were exchanges to gather information or clarify their requirements. Some were simple lead nurturing/relationship building contacts.

If you would like to see my exact follow-up process click the link below:

http://app.getresponse.com/click.html?x=a62b&lc=PkYzw&mc=JS&s=Rqarl0&u=B8ybI&y=k&

I even have template follow-up responses you can use. These are responses I have already tested and my students are using with similar success.

Finally, I will leave you with this quote.

Ajay, Congrats, you just got paid!

Ajay,

"Congratulations, you just got paid!"

That's the subject line in the email that I received at 7:56 a.m. on day 63 of my web design business. The email was a notification from my Wave accounting app. It sends an email alert when a client pays an invoice.

This was the initial payment for my 10th project.

My largest project to date. This one project nearly doubled my income from the previous 9 projects combined. It is also the first of two websites the client wants me to build for him.

If you would like to know how I have landed 10 projects in less than 10 weeks, starting from nothing, click the following link:

Ajay, Have you been keeping up?

Ajay,

How long does it take to build a successful web design business?

1 year?
2 years?
10 years?

That is the big question every entrepreneur faces when launching their business.

How long will it take for all the hard work to pay off? How long am I going to struggle? When will I have plenty of money in the bank, so I am not stressing out each month to pay the bills?

On January 12, 2016, I set out to answer this question once and for all. That is the day that I launched a brand new web design business from ground zero.

I left behind all my resources and contacts...and my team. And I went solo.

You can learn more about that here:

http://app.getresponse.com/click.html?x=a62b&lc=Pfhik&mc=JS&s=Rqarl0&u=B8ybI&y=I&

If you have been keeping tabs and reading my emails, you know that I have had some ups and downs. Over the next few days I would like to recap some of the highlights of my new venture with you again, in case you missed them the first time.

My business is more than 60 days old now, and I have been sharing my new found knowledge through a new coaching program I started. This is the program for you if you want to generate more leads, land more deals and expand your business in 2016.

Be watching for my emails, and let me know if I can answer any questions.

Ajay, What are you waiting on?

Ajay,

I need your feedback.

Can you tell me why you have decided not to join my coaching program?

Over the past 50 days I have landed 9 projects and brought in $3,874.00 in part-time income. I have documented the process and have been sharing the details with my students in a one-of-a-kind coaching program. I cover everything you need to successfully launch and grow your web design business.

I would love to have your feedback. Can you take just two minutes and let me know what is holding you back?

Thank you so much for taking the time to reply.
