Here is the complete update from Day 2 of launching my web design business.

Official Business Launch: January 12, 2016 at 10:09 a.m.

Summary: I have been swamped with all the new leads. I wanted to finish setting up a couple of marketing campaigns, but I simply have not had time. I guess that is the challenge of the solo-preneur. You have to wear a lot of hats. We will talk more about how to manage this over the next couple of weeks.

I have launched 7 different marketing campaigns. Here is what I am testing so far… Google Adwords, Craigslist, Periscope, Thumbtack, Bing Ads, Twitter and Bulletin Boards.

With all the leads coming in so quickly I can already see that I need a tool to help me with the sales process. I will be researching CRM tools and try to get that set up this next week.
