Wow, last week was crazy.

Don't have a lot of time, so I will keep this update short. Today I want to circle back around to the testing I have been doing with CRM's. Out of the three apps I am using Capsule, Base, and Pipe Drive… one is quickly becoming my favorite.

Base CRM

I admit, I am a sucker for a beautiful interface and lots of reporting features. I will do a full review in the future, but you should really check it out. One of my favorite features is the sales pipeline forecasting.

At a glance I can see how much revenue is forecasted. This forecast is a prediction of future sales based on past conversion metrics. Here are my current pipeline stats.

Total Pipeline Worth - $21,950
Forecasted - $1,756
Active Deals - 25
Hot Deals - 5

So if all 25 deals went through, I would have an additional $21,950 in sales. But based on past results, it is forecasting that I will close approximately 3 deals for $1,756. This really helps you plan and gives you a good barometer for the health of your business.
